TouchComputer is the manufacturer only for products explicitly identified as TouchComputer PC systems. Accessories are reseller products; their respective manufacturer and, where applicable, responsible economic operator are identified on the product page, product, or packaging.

General safe use

• Use the product only as intended and in accordance with its supplied instructions.
• Use only the power supplies, cables, connections, and voltages intended for the specific product.
• Keep ventilation openings clear and avoid liquids, excessive dust, and direct heat sources.
• Do not continue using a visibly damaged, unusually smelling, smoking, or overheating product; disconnect it safely from power.

Additional guidance for TouchComputer PC systems

• Operate the system only from a properly installed, earthed socket and in a dry environment.
• Before opening, shut down completely, unplug the system, and allow it to discharge. Never open the power supply.
• After transport and before power-on, inspect the enclosure, glass, cables, and heavy components for visible damage or movement.

Returns and waste electrical equipment

Electrical equipment, batteries, and electronic components must not be disposed of with unsorted household waste. Contact us before returning an equivalent old device so that the statutory return route and safe transport can be arranged. Do not send waste equipment by post without prior instructions.

Packaging

Keep the transport packaging at least until the initial inspection is complete. Follow product-specific packaging instructions for returns. Afterwards, separate cardboard, paper cushioning, and plastic protection according to local collection rules.
